What we do
Started in January of 2012, The Backboard Chronicles is a magazine-style college basketball blog aimed at taking unique looks at the game that captivates fans from November to the first Monday in April. The staff at The Backboard Chronicles covers all conferences and loves (maybe a little too much) digging into stats and finding things that make the game so awesome.
David Harten, the founder and lead writer of The Backboard Chronicles, is also a writer for College Basketball Talk on NBCSports.com. He’s a Kentucky native, growing up around the game in the greatest area a kid can be in to truly learn about the greatest game ever invented. If you disagree on any points, he will fight you.
